About the role:
- Preparation of GST, Payroll, Superannuation, BAS/IAS lodgements

- Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) on behalf of clients
- Direct communication with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
About you:
- Experience with MYOB and cloud-based accounting software, particularly Xero (Tax & Practice Management) is required.
- Previous experience in an accounting firm is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

The Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Estimator to join our team.

Role Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and work providers.
- Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner, aligning with average repair cost targets and company procedures.
- Complete quotes onsite, off-site, and online.
- Process vehicles onsite by conducting vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging.
- Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness.
- Work with suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised promptly.
- Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
- Handover completed repairs to customers.
